Lake Winnisquam, NH - Remodeled Waterfront Home with Dock

We have rented for the past 25 years on Lake Winnipesaukee. This was our first time on Lake Winnisquam. It's a beautiful, clean, clear lake. We rented a pontoon at the local marina and loved visiting the sandbar with our two dogs. Communication was excellent! Almost instant responses to any questions. The property was incredibly well organized and everything was even labeled with a label maker. The property was beautiful and impeccably clean. This property checks all the boxes for us and we hope to return again. Thank you Steve & Jenna

We had a great time at Lake Winnisquam. We had great weather but during our one iffy day we brought the kids to nearby Funspot until the weather broke. We rented a pontoon boat at nearby Winnisquam Marine and easily tied it up at the dock at the home. We loved the sandy entry which was great for the kids and made it easy to get in both the water and launch our kayaks. The location was close to the grocery store which we went to a couple times to replenish supplies throughout the week. The neighborhood was quiet for the majority of the week and then was so much fun on the evening of the fourth of July (in purely a festive way, not disruptive!) putting on an amazing fireworks display just a few docks down and in many locations around the lake. The house was dog friendly and provided a gate to keep the dog downstairs which was appreciated. We would 100% recommend!
